For Easter we loaded up and carpooled with the Pennys and headed up to Weatherford for a day trip.
Pa & Gigi with Bailey, but back then they were going to be Grandpa Mark & Grandma Brenda. Unfortunately, Bailey shortened grandpa to just Pa and turned grandma into Gigi.
The Penny Family.
They adopted Boss from us back in July when Boss and Blue were getting into fights and we could not have our dogs fighting with a newborn. Tara & Robby had always joked about wanting Boss, so it worked out perfectly so that we still get to see her alot.
Looking back, I miss how nice it was to get a family photo with everyone looking on the first try.
And of course, a sister picture.
What was I thinking feeding her sweet potatoes in the car with her white dress on???
Some Uncle Fun time
Back before I had kids I always participated in the egg hunts. My parents started putting money in the eggs at some point and it was their was of enticing us home for Easter during college. I remember getting enough to pay for gas up there and back, plus a little extra. I was going to hunt this year as well, but two events conspired against me: Andrew started hunting before everyone was even outside, which caused everyone to run outside and start hunting. Secondly, I was holding Bailey and needed to put the bjorn on, but first the plastic bag that I got had a hole in it. Everyone seemed to feel bad, but not bad enough to stop hunting, so I took pictures. Wanna guess who had hunted the most money that year? Andrew. I know it may seem that I am still upset, but I'm not, just documenting.
Nana doesn't normally hunt, but she felt bad for me
