100th Day of School

Days and weeks of counting to 100 are over & kindergarten celebrated in style (see glasses).

Blake's team won the find 100 objects contest in class.

And this is what Blakers will look like at 100???

More Easter Pictures

Our first Easter egg hunt was at our neighborhood park & each kid had their own age division. I was down with Blair & Beau hence the pictures and Luke was with Bailey & Blake. Forgot to mention to him to snap some pictures.

Egg hunt number two was with Franny on Sunday evening. Franny dyed eggs with my older 3 and we also hid resurrection eggs- empty plastic eggs.

Starting line

Beau found this, wanted to eat it and it was game over in the hunting department.

Spring Break Happenings

We had a full two weeks off for Spring Break so lots of things happened! I like to do these posts every once in awhile so I can remember what the day to day looks like.

Aunt Tori delivers Bailey's pottery from their date. It's a dragon master bowl.

Bailey passed Nitro 2, which just means she is now legal in breast stroke for the summer!

Playdate at Jump Street.

Bailey has a sleep over at Nana's house and helps her count pills.

Beau fell asleep on morning at 11:00 on the floor at the top of the stairs.

Blair got her first black eye. We taught her to say "You should see the other guy!"

We went out to Marble Falls to see the Dixons (Jason, LeeAnn, Jacob, & Carter) plus grandpa & Cynthia.

The kids & I ran into 2 other ACS moms at Target shopping.

We celebrated Luke's 36th birthday with some Chuy's.

We went to see Zootopia!

Christy & I went to the hospital to welcome baby Eloise.

Tori & I cheered on the Aggies! Craziest game ever!

We went to Trevor & Davis's birthday party and had a ball. These girls help their own in the dart gun fight!

These boys!

And today we are back at school! 9 more weeks until summer!

Happy Easter!

And when I think of God, His Son not sparing;
Sent Him to die, I scarce can take it in;
That on the Cross, my burden gladly bearing,
He bled and died to take away my sin.
Then sings my soul, My Saviour God, to Thee,
How great Thou art, how great Thou art.
Then sings my soul, My Saviour God, to Thee,
How great Thou art, how great Thou art!

Happy Easter! He is RISEN!

Cameron Zoo

The second week of  Spring Break took us to Cameron Zoo, which is a favorite of ours! We took Bailey right after she turned 2 and Blake the summer after he turned 1. I sprinkled some of the pictures from those trips in with the current trip pictures. The kids had fond memories, which was fun! Beau LOVED it and tried his best to keep us with the big kids.

2 year old Bailey

Bailey & Blake vividly remembered the snake & slide and we could have come all the way to Waco and spend all our time here. That's how much they enjoyed it.

Beau especially! He was so busy it was hard to get any pictures!

Blake remembered a picture and wanted to recreate the picture.

So, that's Blake.

Thought it was fun I also had a similar picture of Bailey.

The alligators & crocs.

Otters!

Blakers at the fish!

Bailey recreated this picture for me at the same tree.

Leopards!

Giraffes aka Faffeys in our house!

Rhinos & Elephants!

Lions & Tigers!

Komodo Dragon!

It was such a fun, relaxing day with the kids. I had forgotten about a medical appointment that I had scheduled the day before, so right when we were at the last exhibit my 1 hour alarm warning went off and we zoomed back to Austin. More Spring Break Fun coming soon!
