More Time Out Than In

I am referring to Beau, who is now 10 months old and is cruising his way out of babyhood.

Quick Update:

• Weight: 17 lbs, 8 ozs, (5th-10th percentile), Height: 27.5 inches (5th-10th percentile) both of which are on the smaller side.

• I was ask to start supplementing with formula to help him gain more weight, so now he can take a bottle!

• He can also crawl now and is standing up and cruising, so he is everywhere and getting into everything.

•  Has 5 teeth and 1 more about to come in- 3 on top, and 2 on the bottom.

•  Sleeps 7:30- 7 with two naps. He is very flexible about his morning nap getting interrupted and has really attached to an owl lovie. (see picture below) Sharing a room with Blake could not be going any better. Beau is quiet enough until Blake wakes up and then they talk with each other. Blake has even changed which side of the head-of-the-bed is so he is closer to Beau.

•  Can go good long stretches in the exersaucer and johnny jumper if he can see mom or dad, but his favorite place is still being held.

• Still loves sucking on his pointer and middle finger, which has earned him the nickname "two fingers".

• He is my hardest kid to get to laugh, but if you are lucky you can get a chuckle out of him. : )

•  Has had his first hair trim.
