In my fifth grade class two years ago, I had this student who would often say outloud to himself "Suh..weet!!!". You see, he was celebrating his 5th grade geniusness to the annoyance of his fellow classmates. It didn't matter if it was a pop quiz or the sometimes dreaded TAKS test, it was always "Suh...weet!" So, just as we sometimes take on the tendencies of our parents, I have recently found myself taking on this tendency of a 10-year-old. Seriously, I wish I could repeat this weekend over again. It was "Suh...Weet!" Here are the Highlights:
1. On Friday night, Bailey took her first steps and officially became a toddler. Here we are practicing this newly found skill. She is by no means walking, but it won't be long.
2. Luke finished building his 2nd custom home, which just happened to be Robby and Tara's home. It is a beautiful 1 story (with a bonus room) in Liberty Hill.
3. Speaking of "Suh...weets": Brownies!
Tara and Robby had a few people over to celebrate moving in. They cooked brownies and had ice cream, but while the brownies were quikly losing heat they realized that they had left the spoons and forks at their apartments. After doing a quick assessment of what they do have at their house, all sort of spatulas, a ladel, a pasta scoop, and tongs were found. Crisis Averted!
4. On Sunday we went to check on Bailey in between Church and Sunday School, and this is what we found. (It might be a little hard to see, but it's a 6 seat stroller.) Bailey is on the second row next her friend, Abby. They had just gone on a little stroll, and were enjoying a snack.
5. Probably the "Suh...weetest" moment of all was getting to spend time with Aunt Ali and Cousin Owen who are in town visting.

It's great to see your blog! I loved reading it. Bailey is so cute! The baby room at Garrett's pre-school has that same stroller and he loves it. :)
