I was looking back through my draft posts and I am not sure why I never posted this, so I am doing it now, but post-dating it.
Seriously, every time I look up I feel like I should write a new journalish entry about what Blair's up to. Her newest trick is that she can wave bye, bye and what was just-beginning-to-cruise is now totally cruising using anything she can push- kitchen chairs, push toys, laundry baskets, but no signs of wanting to walk yet (thankfully!)
We had an hour before naptime yesterday and the big kids were playing with a new birthday toy so Blair and I played chase and had a mini photoshoot.
Oh, and the swing really is one of the best place to get pictures of this busy girl. She is a little splotchy from having Roseola, but otherwise happy. : )
Speaking of being on the move- we had a crazy, busy summer and even if we are just as busy now, it feels different with more structure. Yay for fall and activities and a consistent routine. Here are some random pictures from this summer that never made the blog of Mezgers on the Move (not sure if these are in order).
Patrick came for a vist.
We <3 the Arboretum cows!
Elijah had 2 sleepovers.
Bailey went to VBS at two different churches & also to Princess Camp!?!?! (No preschool= a mama needing a break!)
Our favorite splash pad!
We celebrated Dia de los Independcia de Peru with the Ousleys and our old small group. The Ousleys have a special place in their heart for Peru and the kids love dancing to the live music while the adults tried some yummy Peruvian food.
A roommate reunion! Mike moved back to Austin and we got together with him and the Williams.
These ladies hosted a baby shower for Allie & her new little bundle of joy.
I love me some Round Rock library story time and this particular days Danielle & I dressed our boys alike. Us Aggie do like our maroon.
More splash pad because we had to stay cool.
I finally got to stand up paddle board and it was just as fun as it looked!
Labor Day with these Ladrido Lane girls.
I should be holding up a sign that says will work for snowcones. Thanks for a fun night Tara & Martha! I love me some Sno Beach Sno Cones!!!
It's hard to tell, but these kids all worked together to make a nest (the sticks poking up are the nest).
Thank you summer and now it's Halloween time, I mean Fall : ).
