We have much to be thankful for as shown on our Thankful Turkey.
Thanksgiving activities for the kids began on Tuesday with a school performance by the four year old classes.
And a feast for the 2 year olds.
This was the school's thankful turkey.
Then it was off to Gigi & Pa's place where the kids get to run around wild and free to explore.
While Luke and I picked up pecans.
Bailey was interested in climbing too, but picking up not so much.
Thanksgiving Day started off with a Turkey Trot.
Luke and I ran it. Tori and Bailey jogged/walked it. Pa, Blake and Blair walked it and pulled up the rear (literally).
Guess who thought they were the "weiners" of the race. (You would have to have watched Bailey's joke to get that.)
One tired turkey!
One of me with the munchkins.
After Luke ran the 1 mile race, he then ran the 5K! Bailey was running him to the finish.
Then it was back to check in with Gigi on the food.
Luke & his deep fried turkey- yum, yum.
Waiting for lunch to be ready.
The kid's table.
The Adult Table.
The littlest turkey.
Big Tackett Family Shot.
Hope y'all had a good Thanksgiving!
