Pine Cove

Pine Cove does such a great job with their Camp in the City! It was Bailey's second year & she got a great group of girls & counselors!  We also signed up to host counselors for the week and that went great as well.

These are some of the pictures from camp (Which you can download from the website! How awesome is that!)

These are 3 of the guys we hosted

Tearing Up My Heart aka Tearin'

Finger Foods aka Foodie

Rebels Without Claws aka Rebel

We also had Beetle Juice, Beetle Juice, Beetle Juice aka Beetle Juice and he was the guy you didn't want to see, but had to see if you didn't obey the rules. We caught him at the closing ceremony.

Owlphaba reading Bailey's character quality sheet. It was spot on.

So that was camp, but here a glimpse of our week at home.

We are driving home with the Risingers on Monday talking about hosting counselors and Will says "I wonder where Foodie is staying because it was his birthday today". I say he is staying at our house and after a quick phone call to confirm this, there were birthday plans to be made. The kids thought it was awesome!

Happy Birthday Foodie!!!

All Sunday and Monday morning I had talked to Blake about the fact that he could go next year if he wanted and the only glimmer of a maybe was when he saw the inflatables that were blown up as you pull into camp. However, after hanging out with the guys Monday night he absolutely wanted to go next year! That was worth hosting the guy alone!

Cameron, Charlie, Omar, & Evan aka our Pine Coves

Blair loved to ask "Where are the pine coves?" or "I saw a pine cove!" It was cute!

One of our favorite traditions- chasing people from our house!

One sad dragon that her buds left.

We definitely want to host again next year!
