The 4th

My parents place is always an adventure, but add in that we haven't been there since Easter and that it's the 4th of July and there are baby chickens and a new kitten and my mom's birthday and Robby's birthday and we got to go to Splash Kingdom with all the cousins & Aunts/Uncles on my side and well I think the kids thought they had died and gone to heaven!

We did fireworks on the 3rd since we thought we would go watch them on the 4th, we did a few before dark and some afterwards as well

 I was playing around with camera settings, so you will see lots of different things here & not always the best pictures

 Blair got really scared at one point getting too close to the fireworks. Bailey & Blake weren't phased.

 

 I realized I had very, very few pictures of Beau since he turned one, so I took advantage of having my camera out at Santo. Nothing special, but just wanted to remember his 16 month old smile.

 Blake was tall enough this year to do the slides and he conquered them all, including this one!

We also brought the GoPro and let the kids take it down the slides. Blake's video is the first one and is a little long, but fun once the slide starts- fast forward to the 1 minute mark. Bailey's is 2nd. Since the file sizes were too big this was the easiest way to share them.

After the waterpark we got to visit the new location of Tackett Compounding Pharmacy & Clearfork Market.

 This was post-waterpark and what I want to remember is that I heard this out of the mouth of Bailey for the first time ever "I'm exhausted!".
