Blair at 8 Months

Just a quick update:

• Crawling really well, meaning if I leave a room I am not really sure where she will be when I get back.
• Standing up, but not so good at getting down, so basically she gets up and gets stuck. Check out my new "helper". : )

• She said her first word (with witnesses) and it was MAMA! That's my girl!
• Four teeth with two more anyday now.
• Loves to stick out her tongue!
• This girl can eat! She can pretty much handle anything we have put on her plate and basically skipped the purees. Peas, carrots, corn, squash, cantaloupe, banana, chicken, lunch meat, cheese, bread, raisans, beans with some puffs, cheerios, or yogurt melts are the norm right now. (Just a little perspective: Bailey was eating rice cereal, purees, and a puffs at this point while Blake still was not able to swallow purees.)
• We are working on drinking from a bottle with some success.
• After finally sleeping all night, but then getting an ear infection followed by 4 teeth coming in we are back to sleeping from 8ish to almost 5, then back till 7:30ish.
• She is still my happy girl and is pretty much content unless she is hungry or tired.
